Corporate Restructuring is a significant managerial decision to modify the financial structure of the firm. This concept of Corporate Restructuring has evolved with the purpose of achieving the excellence of business and creating the value to different stakeholders of the business. Corporate Restructuring plays significant role in improving the efficiency and profitability of the business. It is the tool used by the firms to consolidate the operations of business and strengthen their position for attaining the corporate objectives and synergies. Adopting the strategic tools such as corporate restructuring for implementing the best practices in the business has become very essential for the consistent improvement in the performance of business and value of the firm. The present study is an empirical analysis of Corporate Restructuring in Indian Pharmaceutical Industry of select firms listed in National Stock Exchange. The study attempted to examine the performance of selected forms of corporate restructuring in Indian Pharmaceutical Industry. The researcher has collected the data of selected deals from Capitaline Database. The data of the study has been collected for a period of 10 years from 2011 to 2020. The samples of 6 deals are chosen for the analysis.
