This is a devotional series. The book is a tool in your Christian walk with God, developing your relationship with God and declaring God's plan for your life. It highlights certain scriptures and declarations for the day, as you meditate on the word and grow in your understanding of the word. It is a six part series of books. Part 1 focusses on Preparing the Soil; this is in direct reference to a book in the Bible, Mark chapter 4.
The founding scripture of this series is Joshua 1 verse 8: "This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success"
The key is Wisdom, this series explores the topic of wisdom, as in Proverbs 4 verse 7: "Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding."
Every successful man and woman of God, sets aside daily devotional time with God. It is within this time, they are encouraged and grow in their relationship with God. They allow God to direct their day and guide them in their decision - making, as they meditate on the word received that morning in their devotional time.
This book will encourage a strong prayer life and draw you into the presence of God, learning about God's plans for your life and developing an intimate relationship with God.
There are many biblical principles highlighted within the book. You will learn about Jesus, his prayer life and how he approached every situation with wisdom. The more time you spend in devotion, a love for the word will develop, as well as a love for others and to see them, reach their own potential. This book will open a door to understanding and relationship with God.
