There is a kind of truth that appears occasionally in print about things that we ought to know because they affect our well-being and long-term happiness. This is such a book.

There is the original Centre. As the outward push from the Centre into creation and perception of matter developed, subsidiary centres (chakras) appeared, each vitalising (giving livingness to) and controlling a specific physical area of the body.

This book contains details of things we may not have experienced like "chakras" - invisible wheels spinning around in key centres of our bodies and details about "astrals", "devas", "Brahmas" and "Kundalini".

You may not believe it. You should not disbelieve it. You can suspend judgement. Until you test it with experience.
