Description
We are publishing this book to assist our clients and all claimants in obtaining the benefits they are entitled to from the Social Security Administration. Contained in this book are many of the things and observations that our firm learned assisting our clients in obtaining the Social Security Benefits they deserve. We genuinely hope that some of the information we have provided in this book will help all Social Security claimants to understand some of the realities of the difficulty applying and obtaining Social Security disability benefits.
About the Author
Neil H. Good the senior attorney at The Good Law Group, he did his first Social Security hearing in 1989. There have been many changes to the Social Security disability system since then. He has observed all of the changes and the new difficulties that the Social Security Administration has imposed on Social Security. Shawn M. Good began with the firm as an appointed representative, he passed a test that allowed him to represent claimant's at Social Security hearings before he was an attorney. From a legal stand-point, Shawn has added the ability to go the Federal Court of Appeals. From a technical stand-point Shawn has updated all of the computers and how they are used both at the law firm and in court. This has made it much easier to question the government's witnesses and expose them when they are not being truthful.
