About the Author


John E Dunlap has practiced consumer and business bankruptcy law in the Eastern, Middle and Western District of Tennessee since 1989. John received his BA from the University of Tennessee as well his JD. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar, the Eastern, Middle and Western Federal District Courts of Tennessee, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and The United States Supreme Court. He is a faculty member of The National Business Institute where he teaches Continuing Legal Education classes to other lawyers.His office is located in Memphis, Tennessee.
