The Florida Rules of Civil Procedure apply to all actions of a civil nature and all special statutory proceedings in the Florida circuit courts and county courts except those to which the Florida Probate Rules, the Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure, or the Small Claims Rules apply. This book also contains the Committee Notes for the Rules. The book does not contain the forms accompanying the Rules. The Rules are amended periodically. This book includes updates to the Rules through February 28, 2017.
