About the Author
Richard W. Oram is Associate Director & Hobby Foundation Librarian of the Harry Ransom Center. He received his B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Ph.D. in English from Cornell, and the M.L.I.S. from the University of Texas. Joseph Nicholson is Metadata Librarian at J. Murrey Atkins Library at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He previously worked as a cataloger at Louisiana State University Libraries. He holds an A.B. in Comparative Literature and Classics and an M.L.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as an M.A. in English literature from the College of William and Mary.
