About the Author
Hisham M. Ramadan, S.J.D, is the International Criminal Court Project Coordinator at the International Human Rights Law Institute, DePaul University College of Law. Previously, he taught Criminal Law at the University of Queensland, Australia, and was a visiting lecturer at the University of Wisconsin Law School.
