This volume gathers the contributions of leading researchers in the fields of bioethics, medical law and human rights. Stefania Negri, Ph.D., Associate Professor of International Law and of International Human Rights Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Salerno, is the founder and director of the "Observatory on Human Rights: Bioethics, Health, Environment", a network of academic experts promoting international cooperation in teaching and research. She has published extensively on international human rights law, international health law and international procedural law.
