This pocket 5x8 book is published on May 13, 2019 and is completely current at the day of publishing. Also according to the schedule at which new rules are introduced it is going to stay completely current at until December 1, 2019. In the Appendix we included approved by the US Supreme Court Amendment to the Rule 807 (Residual Exception to Hearsay) which will take effect on December 1, 2019 absent objections from the Congress.
